![]() ![]() Yes the grind is annoying once you open every chest and need to start resetting them because it seems like their prices get increased, but I'm glad the Fatalities and the like aren't limited to their unlock rather just the input which rewards you with it for future use if you look it up online and pull it off in a match. ![]() when not getting jump-scared with Kenshi's blindfold. And using my rewards from those fights in the Krypt is a chill experience. The Towers housing the fights, particularly the online ones are fun to get rewards in and have some truly insane fights in that I revel beating without using Konsumables. Those never got old either and the variety thus far (15/?) ranges from gruesome to badass to hilarious. Fatalities are also something I didn't realize I missed in games until playing. It's nice being able to line up that finisher or throwable object and watching the animations never got old for me. I'm not upset they won't be in MK1 but as a more casual fan of the genre I appreciated their inclusion, even if the former is kinda whack. I love Fatal Blows and Stage Interactions. Plus his design in this game is incredible. And while I thought they did their former protagonist a little dirty by killing him, I did like him being evil because his reason for turning was good. It made the ending all the more satisfying with his epic fight with Kronika. Fire God Liu Kang was in this game! Him and Reptile are whom I'm looking forward to playing as the most because of their designs and seeing that he became that through a clever plot twist in this was great. ![]()
